Software development team lead turned entrepreneur. She founded CryptoChicks.ca in July 2017 with the vision to empower and inspire women interested in learning about blockchain and cryptocurrencies. “Women are underrepresented in technology, especially in blockchain technology. I wanted to create a friendly environment where women with non-developer and developer backgrounds met other women with similar interests. I managed to inspire and involve many women who become blockchain evangelists themselves”. Elena holds a Master of Computer Science and her specialties are in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, application architecture, design and development.

Natalia is a Senior Finance Executive with multi-industry experience. Her expertise is in strategic financial planning, decision support, operations management and change management. She holds Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration as well as CPA/CMA accounting designation. She is a co-founder of CryptoChicks and is inspired by its mission – to grow the industry and its adoption by engaging women. After attending multiple crypto events, she believes that “we have this incredible opportunity to gain further insight and innovation by tapping into the immense talent of women”. Natalia was introduced to Blockchain technology in 2014 and has been passionate about the industry since.

Shamim Rajani

Shamim Rajani

Shamim Rajani is a Techpreneur and has been serving the Pakistan IT industry for the last 15 years. She is COO at Genetech Solutions, a software company dedicated to providing End to End IT solutions and services to its Global audience. Genetech serves in various technology areas including AI, IoT, BlockChain, Native and Hybrid Mobile Applications Development (including REACT Native) and Web Applications Development.
She is also the founder of ConsulNet Corporation, a tech training incubator that imparts technology training on social grounds. The CODEGIRLS bootcamp is one of ConsulNet's few initiatives to improve inclusion in the TECH Sector. This is followed by another training for 100 Girls in Blockchain commencing in the last quarter of 2018.
Shamim is an IBA graduate Entrepreneur, a Professional Scrum Master and graduated from Draper University San Francisco as an Executive in their Blockchain intensive Program, currently serving as Member CEC at P@SHA, Board Member Agile Development Society of Pakistan, Adviser for WomenInTechPK and Community Ambassador in Pakistan for CryptoChicks.

Faiza Yousuf is a Technologist and been working in the tech industry for almost 9 years. She is a serial entrepreneur and is currently running a business consultation company with the focus on helping small businesses (especially Women led) to embrace technology. Faiza is the founder of WomenInTechPK, which is the first and only community for women technologists in Pakistan. This thriving community has over 4300 members from all over the country and it has been making waves by starting an open dialogue about lack of inclusion in the tech industry. The goal is to devise strategies for a more diversified and accepting environment for women and to give opportunities, access to mentorship and re-entry programs to women who want to get back to the workforce.

Faiza is a graduate and post graduate from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a graduate from The World Bank funded WomenXPakistan program. She teaches technology to CS undergrad and grad students and loves to read and write.
